The gau ge indicat es the oi l vol um e in

the oi l tank when the ign ition sw itch is

at “ON”.

Close to fill up --- beam near “F”

Close to use up --- beam near “E”

Caut ion to fill fuel — the yel low fuel

The curs or of fu el gauge will sway when brakin g,

accele ra tin g or tu rn ing a corner, which is caused

by the slo shin g fu el in the ta nk.

The the rm ometer indicates the tem peratu re

of engine coolant when the igniti on switch is

at “ON”.

The lighted red light reminds that

the engine is in bad operation. You need

to stop the vehicle for check

temperature

H—Heat (hi gh tempe ratur e)

C—Cool (low te mperatu re)

The cursor close to “H”indicates the temperature

of engine is too high; you must stop the vehicle

to make the engine cool down.

Engine may overheat under the following

working conditions, for example:

● Dri ve the vehicle in the long-distance

slope(d own-u p) in a hot day.

● Speed down or stop after dri ving the vehicle

at high speed.

● Open the air conditioning and ru n the

engine for a long time with frequent stops.

It does not mean the engine goes wrong even

if the cursor of engine coolant thermometer

returns to “C” when the ignition switch

turns to “START”.

Note

● Do not take off the thermostat in the

engine co oling system , otherwise , the

engine will ove rheat. The thermostat is

used to co ntrol the co olant flow and ke ep the

temperat ure of engine within the permitted

operat ing ran ge.

● Do not driv e the vehicle conti nuously when

the engine overh eats . See Chapter 4 “If Vehicle

Overheats”.

● Idl e rot ation speed is too high.
